1. 01What we collect and why

   • Inquiries: name and email (required), organization and phone (optional) — to reply to you
   • Job applications: name, email and message (required), phone, role and résumé (optional) — to review your application
   • Site analytics: cookies and access data such as pages visited, browser and approximate region — to understand site usage via Google Analytics

2. 02Retention

   • Inquiries are kept for 1 year after we reply; applications for 180 days after the hiring process ends. We then delete them without delay.
   • Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months under our Google Analytics retention setting.

3. 03Sharing

   • We do not provide personal information to third parties.

4. 04Processors and overseas transfer

   • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and form handling
   • Google LLC (USA) — site analytics (Google Analytics) and delivery of form emails (Gmail)
   • Gabia, Inc. (Korea) — email hosting (Hiworks)
   • Data reaches overseas processors over the network when you use the site or submit a form, and is kept for the periods above.

5. 05Refusing cookies

   • You can block cookies in your browser settings.
   • You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. 06Your rights

   • You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information at any time. Email us and we will act without delay.
